NSPA Capacity Program

Assai was invited to present a three-year program proposal to assist the NSPA with planning and delivering community projects and services in a more efficient, integrated manner. The Capacity Program also sought to realign NSPA's objectives and functionality with available resources and provide opportunity for professional staff development and organisational capacity building.

Assai devised the following scope to most effectively assist the NSPA to achieve its development objectives:

• - Identify, respond to and manage community, stakeholder and client expectations;
• - Develop required systems and procedures;
• - Train necessary counterpart management staff, ancillary personnel, contract consultants and technicians;
• - Provide certifiable professional mentoring; and
• - Oversee, monitor and report on project implementation.
