Our work with Indigenous communities and organisations is based on the
philosophy that participation is the foundation of any sustainable
community or organisational process. Success depends on bridging the gap
between mainstream culture, institutional systems and indigenous
communities. We have developed a portfolio of community participation
processes that allow local communities to express their own culture and
background within the framework of international good practice and formal
systems. We collaborate with Indigenous communities to develop and build
sustainable external environments and social infrastructure.
