David Week, Director and Social Infrastructure Principal
David has some thirty years experience in the scoping, planning, design, management, monitoring and evaluation of culturally appropriate infrastructure projects in the Asia-Pacific region. David has directed, managed and evaluated the design and implementation of overseas aid projects for AusAID and the World Bank, the planning and design of facilities for Aboriginal and Torres Straits Islander communities, the design of corporate workplaces based on organisational culture, and assisted resource companies to fulfil their community obligations.

Farida Fleming, Evaluation Principal
Evaluator with 15 years of experience in the education and community development sectors.
Farida works with community organisations, government departments, donor agencies and NGOs to plan and measure successful projects. As a specialist in evaluation, MEL, M&E, and research, Farida focuses particularly on education projects. This includes policy, professional development and curriculum change initiatives.
This is informed by strong domestic and overseas experience, including projects in Australia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Tonga, and Tuvalu.
Farida sits on the national and Victorian committees of the Australasian Evaluation Society, and is a member of the American Evaluation Association.
