Kirsten McDonald, is committed to the provision of culturally appropriate built environments. She joined Assaí in 2001 and manages the Strategic Workplaces and Community Development practices. Kirsten has degrees in both interior design from RMIT, Melbourne and in international development from the University of London. Kirsten is experienced in all facets of the design process from the development of the brief, through to the design and project management of the construction of interior environments.

Kirsten worked previously at DEGW, where she was Senior Strategic Consultant on major projects for Bangkok Bank, Sydney Water, and Deacons Lawyers. Prior to that, she had extensive office design and project management experience in Singapore, Thailand and Melbourne.
